KB User's Guide - Documents Tab - Document Flow Chart

This flow chart is intended to give a quick overview of the process of creating, sharing, reviewing and editing KB documents.

The next step after you create a KB document depends on whether you, yourself, have publish rights. This diagram will guide your through a process to follow if you DO have publish rights or if an Admin with publish rights needs to approve edits and updates before publication.
