Kaltura (Recording) - Kaltura Webcam Recorder re-enabled 10/12/22

On 10/12/2022, Kaltura has fixed the Kaltura Webcam Recorder (Express Capture). The University of Wisconsin System (except for UW Madison) instance of Kaltura has turned the tool back on.
The Kaltura Webcam Recorder (Express Capture) had been disabled on 10/07/2022 due to a bug which prevented the "Stop" button from stopping recordings.
To fix the issue, Kaltura reverted the Kaltura Webcam Recorder (Express Capture) to a previous stable version. Unfortunately, this has removed the new screen recording feature which Kaltura released on 10/06/2022.
Testing indicates that the Webcam Recorder now works correctly with the feature set it had prior to 10/06/2022. Users should once again be able to use the Kaltura Webcam Recorder.
Kaltura will continue to work on the new functionality that had been deployed in the 10/06/2022 release, and will re-release it when the bugs have been removed.
