Canvas - UWS Framework Tools Errors 09/18/2020 [Service Restored]

As of 09/18/2020, custom Canvas tools created with the University of Wisconsin System's framework are temporarily unavailable. This includes the custom "UWS Tools" for administrators, the "Master Course Creation Tool" for instructors, the "Extend Student Access" tool for student incompletes, and others. This has no impact on students, teachers, or administrators using Canvas's native features.
As of 9/18/20 8:40 PM the Framework service as been restored.
Authorized administrators attempting to access the UWS Tools get an "This tool requires admin access" error. The Master Course Creation tool prevents users from filling in required fields (and thus from creating new Master Courses). The Extend Student Access tool fails to load the list of eligible students.
The DLE Team is investigating.
