Canvas - Integration - SWEAP

The SWEAP integration for Canvas is approved for use in the Digital Learning Environment. SWEAP (Social Work Education Assessment Project) instruments are specifically designed to assist Social Work programs with accreditation and reaffirmation by delivering standardized assessments of student achievement on professional competencies. The SWEAP integration for Canvas allows teachers to assign a SWEAP instrument as a Canvas assignment which will pass a grade of 100% back to the Canvas gradebook upon completion by a student.

Costs

There is a charge per administration of an instrument to be paid by the academic program. For example, a program might pay $5 per student taking an instrument.

New Users

Programs intending to purchase instruments from SWEAP should contact their institutional LMS (Canvas) administrator for assistance in setting up the integration.
