UWS Canvas Administrators cannot increase individual users' ePortfolio storage limits in Canvas. ePortfolio storage is not an individual setting; increasing the storage limit for a single user increases it for all users. Doing so would significantly increase the amount of storage that UWS is using (and potentially exceed the limits of our contract with Instructure).

Users who need more than 100 MB of ePorfolio storage space should shift files into campus cloud storage solutions:

• Kaltura for video, audio, and images.
• Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive (depending on campus) for other files.
