Kaltura - Retention Reports Overhaul 04/14/22

Multiple fixes were deployed to the custom "Retention Reports" feature in the Kaltura Admin Tools for the University of Wisconsin System (except for UW Madison) instance of Kaltura.
The following fixes were deployed:
- The data in the reports should once again refresh on a weekly schedule. Prior to this fix, the reports had not pulled new data since December 2021.
- The reports should now include all users with UW Extended Campus User IDs on the "UW System" report. Prior to this fix, those users were split between the "UW System" report and a separate "UW Extended Campus" report.
