Canvas (Hotfixes) - Extend Student Access and Upload on Behalf 01/28/21

The University of Wisconsin System Digital Learning Environment made hotfixes to two custom tools in Canvas: 1) The "Extend Student Access Tool" was updated to fix an error in the way it handled minimum dates, and 2) the "Upload on Behalf" Kaltura Tool was updated to remove some duplicate language in dialog boxes and to fix an error which prevented it from functioning.
Normal functionality has resumed for both tools.
