Access to these dashboards will be provisioned according to a user’s account level role in Canvas. Account level roles grant permissions to perform tasks within the sub-account where they are applied, and within any sub-account or course below the sub-account where the role is applied. Each university assigns account level roles in accordance with work needs.

Account Role Support:

Access to Canvas Data and Dashboards will be based on a user’s Account Level Role in Canvas. Each campus is responsible for assigning account level roles within their respective Canvas sub-account. User questions related to their account role permissions or to request an additional role(s) to access the Canvas Dashboard data, contact your campus contact as identified in the below table.

Canvas Dashboard Support:

A data dictionary of definitions exposed in the dashboards is being created. If additional data are needed that the dashboards do not already provide, a change request can be submitted to explore making more data available. HelioCampus development time is allotted across the entire EAP.  Any Canvas Dashboard requests will be weighed against all other requests to HelioCampus.
