Canvas (Enrollments) - SIS import delays 02/02/2021

University of Wisconsin System institutions (except for UW Madison) may have experienced delays receiving new course, user, enrollment, and organization data in Canvas between 02/01/21 and 02/02/21.
The overnight bulk processes transferring Student Information Systems (SIS) data to Canvas encountered SFTP errors which prevented those processes from completing. Campuses using just-in-time SIS imports (instead of nightly imports) were not impacted.
The UWS DLE Team is working with Instructure to correct the root issue and push new SIS data imports so that all campuses have the most up-to-date enrollment, course, and enrollment data in Canvas.
