The KB's Classic Editor will be retired on March 2, 2023

Please read for important details regarding the retirement of the Classic Editor and the transition to TinyMCE.
We would like to make you aware that we will be retiring the KB’s Classic WYSIWYG Editor on March 2, 2023. Following this change, the new TinyMCE editor will be the only editor available when creating new documents, as well as for editing the majority of existing documents. The Classic HTML Editor will remain available for use in limited cases (see the FAQ link below for details).
While you do not need to take any actions prior to this change, we encourage you to reach out to us in the next few weeks if you have encountered any problems with the ongoing transition to TinyMCE. We are happy to assist you with individual documents that may need special attention to get them working properly in TinyMCE.
