Sample: Eight KB Custom Classes that Print Document-Specific Information (use cases)

The following examples illustrate how to embed specific custom KB classes and demonstrates how the output appears to users. Please know these custom classes do not have buttons in the TinyMCE WYSIWYG nor in the HTML Editor.

Note: The output of these custom KB classes are visible in the KB Admin Tools read only mode and on the Live Site(s). However, if you view the document via the KB Admin Tools Edit mode or in the Preview: Internal/ External feature (see the Preview button on the top right section near the Save Draft button) the examples are not visible at all.
