KB User's Guide - Introduction to the TinyMCE Editor
This document will serve as a landing page for help and support information on the new WYSIWYG editor for the KB, TinyMCE.
The KB is in the process of transitioning to a new WYSIWYG editor. During this time, we encourage you to become acquainted with the new editor, though you may continue to have access to the Classic editor depending on your group settings.
Which editors can I access?
Group space admins may choose which editor(s) is/are enabled for their space by following the steps described in KB User's Guide - SitePref Tab - Group Space Editor Options
Individual authors can choose which editor is their default in spaces where more than one is enabled by updating their user profile as described in KB Users Guide - Home Tab - My Profile
- Note: Beginning on October 27, 2022, TinyMCE will become the default editor for all users, and the option to set your editor preference in your profile will be disabled.
How can I learn more?
