Canvas - Manage Course Sections for Collaborative Program Admins

Users with the "Collaborative Program Admin" role in the University of Wisconsin System (except for UW Madison) Canvas account have been given the "Manage Course Sections" permission. This means that Collaborative Program Admins will be able to cross-list sections from the institutions in their collaborative program.
This permission has been enabled at the root level of the Instructional Instance.
Prior to this change, Collaborative Program Admins would have to enroll themselves in the teacher role in sections to be cross-listed, cross-list the sections, and then remove their teacher enrollments from the courses.
