Kaltura (Mediaspace) - Mediaspace and Lecture Capture application errors 09/26/22 [Resolved]

Starting on 09/26/22, users from several University of Wisconsin System (except for UW Madison) institutions have reported receiving an "Application Error" after logging in to Kaltura Mediaspace or Kaltura Lecture Capture. This error impacts most or all users, and appears to block usage of the applications entirely. Kaltura access through the Canvas integration appears to still be working.
The University of Wisconsin System Administration Digital Learning Environment (DLE) team is working with Kaltura to resolve the issue.
Update 09/27/22 8:30 AM: The DLE Team continues to work with Kaltura Support and University of Wisconsin Madison's DoIT to resolve the login issue. Users can still access many Kaltura functions through the Canvas integration.
Resolved 09/27/22 3:30 PM: Users' ability to log in to Kaltura Mediaspace and Kaltua Lecture Capture is restored. The DLE Team continues to work with Kaltura Support and University of Wisconsin Madison's DoIT to fix the root causes of the problem.
