Canvas: User Storage Quota increased

The User Storage Quota was increased to 200 megabytes on the University of Wisconsin System Continuing Education and the University of Wisconsin System Training and Development instances of Canvas.
The increase in storage will match the current user storage quota on the UW-System Instructional instance.
