We are aware that grade passback in Canvas is not currently working. Instructure has been notified and is aware of the urgency to resolve the issue.
Update 11/02/2021: Instructure deployed a fix which they believed would resolve the issue. Testing by the campuses has revealed that this is not the case. The problem still exists for several campuses. We're continuing to work with Instructure to resolve the issue.
