Digital Learning Environment - New Support email

Admins and users with Canvas or Kaltura support requests for the Digital Learning Environment (DLE) Team at the University of Wisconsin System should use a new email address: dlesupport@wisconsin.edu.
The DLE Team is switching ticketing systems to Alemba, which is used by IT, Business Services, and Human Resources at many UW institutions.
The email for submitting tickets (helpdesk@uwss.wisconsin.edu) will continue working for a bit longer, but users should switch to the new email address ASAP.
