Kaltura - Caption Editing offline (Resolved 04/05/21)

Kaltura caption services were not available for some or all parts of the UWSA Digital Learning Environment between 03/31/21 and 04/05/21.
Kaltura is implementing new captioning profiles to support human captioning. While doing this work, they have corrupted the existing captioning settings. We are working working to restore the existing caption services and expect they will be offline for most of the afternoon.
Update:
04/01/21 - Kaltura has restored captioning services for for myMedia with in Canvas. Caption remains offline for Mediaspace. Kaltura is working to address the problem.
04/05/21 - Kaltura has restored captioning services for Mediaspace. The problem should now be fully resolved.
