Blackboard Collaborate Ultra (Recordings) - Import to Kaltura Paused 02/10/21

On 02/10/21, Kaltura announced a server incident impacting "Uploads, API, and KMS." This may have disrupted (or caused duplicates of) automated exports of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings to Kaltura going back to 02/08/21. The University of Wisconsin System (UWS) is pausing its nightly batch exports of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings to Kaltura until Kaltura resolves this outage and we can verify that the export will run smoothly.
New Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings made through the Canvas integration will continue to be available on Blackboard's servers for 45 days, in accordance with the Media Management Process.
After Kaltura resolves the incident and the University of Wisconsin System verifies that service is restored, UWS will resume its daily export of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings to Kaltura. Recordings not previously exported due to the pause will be exported at this time.
