Canvas (Roles) - Teacher Reviewer Role Added

The Teacher Reviewer role allows instructors to review the teaching implementation and outcomes of their peers. Teacher Reviewers have access, not only to instructor-created course materials, but also to student responses, instructor feedback on assignments, analytics information, and other data that would typically be hidden from visitors.
Teacher Reviewers have similar access to the Teacher role, but do not have permission to make changes to a course.
Teacher reviewers can:
- Announcements - view
- Courses - view usage reports
- Discussions - view
- Grades - view all grades
- Groups - view all student groups
- Question banks - view and link
- Users - view list
