New User Tutorial disabled on Continuing Education and Training and Development

Canvas's "New User Tutorial" feature has been disabled on the Continuing Education and Training & Development instances of University of Wisconsin System's Digital Learning Environment.
The New User Tutorial feature was disabled on the Instructional instance of Canvas on 05/28/2020. This brings the settings for the three instances into alignment.
