Canvas - Extend Student Access - Additional Terms Support

Extend Student Access tool has been updated to allow extensions on terms, that do not have end dates.
Description of the change
The tool has been modified to allow for extension up to five years on courses that do not have end dates.
Impact of the change
The extend student access now works with courses that use terms without end dates, such as those in The Flexible Option and Independent Learning programs.
The enhancement has no impact on courses that use terms with end dates; the existing functionality is unchanged.
