"Web Conference Resources" Removed from Help Menu 03/17/2020

The Digital Learning Environment (DLE) team learned that Instructure had added a "Web Conferences Resources" link to the Help menu (Canvas > Help) of our instance. Unfortunately, that link referred users to web conference products not deployed in the DLE instance of Canvas. To avoid confusion, we have removed the "Web Conferences Resources" link from the Canvas Help menu.
