Canvas (Conferences) - Conferences turned off in Training & Development and Continuing Education 03/06/2020

Permissions were incorrectly set on the Digital Learning Environment's Training & Development and Continuing Education instances of Canvas, allowing some instructors to turn on Canvas's native Conferences feature. That permission will be turned off on 03/06/2020.
The Conferences permission has always been turned off on the DLE's Instructional instance of Canvas.
Users who which to use a web conference tool should use Blackboard Collaborate Ultra or a web conference tool supplied by their institution.
