Canvas - Extend Course Access Tool - Hotfix

A Hotfix has been applied to address the Instructure's changes which require "the Students can only participate in the course between these dates" to be enabled.
The update affects about 200 extensions. UWSS will be working through the list of prior extensions, updating the section setting, so the extensions work as expected. All future extensions will have the setting enabled by default.
