On 10/17/2019, the University of Wisconsin DLE program rolled out an improved machine captioning service: Reach V2. This replaces our previous machine captioning service, Celio 24.
Features of Reach V2 machine-generated captioning include:

- Quick turnaround
- Improved accuracy
- Improved captions editor
