Canvas (Outage) - Continuing Education login page [Resolved]

Some users are reporting that they are unable to reach the Continuing Education Canvas login page at: https://uws-ce.instructure.com.
The issue has been reported to UW System Administration, the institution that manages the login infrastructure. We will update this announcement with more information as we have it.
Update 07/26/19 1:45 PM:
While the Networking team works on a solution, there is a workaround.
Students can log in to Continuing Education using the following URL: https://uws-ce.instructure.com/login/canvas
Employees & Staff can log in to Continuing Education using the following URL: https://uws-ce.instructure.com/login/trust
Update 07/26/2019 2:30 PM:
The Networking team will be performing emergency firewall maintenance at 5:00 PM CST today to resolve the Continuing Education login issue. We expect a 15 minute outage of all services on that firewall before service is restored. More updates to come.
Update 07/26/2019 5:30 PM:
We have reports that the Canvas Master Course Creation Tool has been showing users an error for approximately the same amount of time as the Continuing Education login page. Based on the error message, we believe that these issues are related.
Resolved 07/26/2019 5:30 PM:
Firewall maintenance was successful, and access to the Canvas Continuing Education login page was restored at approximately 5:15 PM CST.
Access to the Canvas Master Course Creation Tool was also restored.
