The "Choose Course Home Page" button reappeared after the last Instructure update.
Instructure modified the button id and the script was no longer disabling the button. An update has been made to the script hiding the "Choose Course Home Page" button. If users have selected a different course home page, it will be reset to course modules, when they enter their course.
