Canvas - Kaltura Videos in Group Discussions Fixed 06/19

UWSA DLE administrators implemented a Kaltura configuration change on 06/19/2019 to repair a known issue preventing Kaltura videos from displaying in Canvas Group Discussions.
The original issue is documented here: Kaltura - Videos don't display in Canvas Group Discussions.
The fix is not retroactive; Kaltura videos which were previously inserted in Canvas Group Discussions will need to be re-inserted in order to work correctly. Videos inserted in Group Discussions from now on should work correctly.
