After Instructure completed the certificate rollover today, some campuses reported authentication errors.
Instructure's signing certificate used for authentication was rolled over today. After today's rollover, the current certificate stopped working for some campuses. DoIT investigated and changed the idp.encrption.optional to true for all Wisconsin Federated IdPs. UWSA will work with self hosted IDP campuses this week to verify they are configured correctly to use the new certificate.
