Blackboard Collaborate will be performing a hotfix on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00 AM CST.
This hotfix resolves session disconnection issues that were introduced in the March 2019 Update. The expected duration for this work is 60 minutes, during which any Collaborate Ultra users in running sessions may experience multiple reconnections to the session. Please be aware that if additional time is needed the complete maintenance windows will be used.
Update 04/04/2019: Blackboard has successfully deployed the hotfix. Please contact your Blackboard Collaborate campus administrator if you continue to experience any issues.
