On 04/01/2019, some users experienced errors when accessing myMedia from Canvas account menu.
When users attempted to access Kaltura's myMedia from the profile, they received an error "unable to verify signature" We engaged with Kaltura to resolve the issue.
Note:
On 04/01/2019 at 1:55 PM, a fix was been deployed and Kaltura service was working as expected.
