UDOIT - Adding Users to CidiScape

When additional users need access to data on course accessibility in Canvas, access to Cidiscape can be granted. Only users who have an administrator role in Canvas will be able to utilize Cidiscape.
  1. Create a ticket by emailing dlesupport@support.wisconsin.edu
  2. Include the following information in your request. 
    • User's Name
    • User's Email
    • Requesting Campus
    • User Role
      Team Admin: A user with this role, will be able to create, edit, archive and un-archive batches.
      Team Member - Edit: This role will prevent users from creating or archiving batches, but can add courses and run sync/scan actions.
      Team Member - View: Users will be unable to make any changes to batches.
      Note: All roles will be able to create and modify reports based on batches.
  3. Once a user has been added to the system, they will be able to access CidiScape via the global navigation or via the Cidiscape web portal.
