Blackboard Collaborate Ultra - Large Event Requests

Normal Blackboard Collaborate Ultra events have a limit of 250 participants. Users within the University of Wisconsin (UWS) who are planning an event for more than 250 participants can now create sessions to accommodate more than 250 participants, or ask the UWS Collaborate Administrators to submit a Large Event Request to Blackboard.

Self-service Configuration:
  • When creating a session from in the Collaborate Ultra Scheduler, within a Canvas course that has Collaborate Ultra enabled, or the My Wisconsin Portal, users will now see a section labeled "Large Scale Session (250+)"
