Current Adobe Creative Cloud Apps Not Available Through Creative Cloud Packager

As of mid-October, 2018, it's not possible to make serialized installation packages with the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager (CCP) that include the latest Adobe applications. Adobe is changing all activation from serialized to named-user.

When you launch the CCP, you'll see this message:

This is the page to which that message in the CCP links:

More info on the change here:

Shared Device Licensing is Adobe's non-serialized solution for computer labs and other multi-user machines. It can be used on any institutionally-owned machine accessed by multiple users. More info here: https://kb.wisc.edu/78421

It's possible to create installation packages in the Adobe Enterprise Admin Console that include the latest versions of the apps. Those packages will use named-user activation. If you want the ability to make installation packages in the Enterprise Admin Console, please email your NetID to adobe@doit.wisc.edu.

All eligible employees can access the Adobe Creative Cloud apps through federated login for installation on both UW- and personally-owned devices:

Eligibility by employee class can be viewed here: https://kb.wisc.edu/internal/page.php?id=78460 (NetID login required).
