Microsoft 365 - DMARC Info tool

What is the DMARC Info tool?

The purpose of the DMARC Info tool is to provide a template for domain administrators to make changes to their domain’s SPF records and modify published DNS with the goal of being able to secure the use of their domain using DMARC.

This tool is intended to enhance - not replace - existing policies and procedures for managing DNS SPF records.

How do I access the DMARC Info tool?

  1. Log into the Wisc Account Admin Site and select the domain you'd like to administer.

  2. On the "Domain Administration" menu click on DMARC Info.

How do I use the DMARC Info tool?

DMARC Info

This section displays your domain's existing DNS record and a template for staging an SPF record.

SPF Mechanism Staging

Use the SPF MECHANISM STAGING tool to generate the contents of your SPF record by adding IP Addresses/Ranges to *Add New Mechanism*. Once you have completed staging your SPF record, add this text to the DNS SPF record for your domain.

Sending IPs

View IPs sending from your domain.
