Bio-ARROW - Getting Started - Email Notifications

Bio-ARROW help

ARROW utilizes email notifications to let you know when something needs your attention. These emails will come from bio-arrow@research.wisc.edu. 

  • To make sure the emails do not go to your junk/spam folder, create a rule in your email account. For assistance creating a rule in your email account, contact your departmental or college IT personnel or contact DoIT (265-4357 or help@doit.wisc.edu).
To confirm that the ARROW system has your correct email address, click on your name in the top right corner of the "My Home" screen and select "My Profile":

Change your email address in ARROW: 

ARROW uses the email you designate in your MyUW Personal Information settings for "Campus Business Email"
