General Centrex Information

UW–Madison has moved the majority of its telephone lines from Centrex to Cisco VoIP service. If you have a Cisco logo on your phone or use your computer as a telephone, you have Cisco VoIP Service. This information is is for the few remaining Centrex lines. Please note that DoIT will not install new Centrex lines except in rare cases such as building in not on the campus network.
