CCI Private Cloud - Default Windows Server 2019 Security Configuration
All VMs hosted in the CCI Private Cloud environment should adhere to the campus Departmental IT Security Baseline. Adherence to the Departmental IT Security Baseline is the responsibility of CCI Private Cloud customers.
To make Departmental IT Security Baseline compliance easier, a subset of the Center for Information Security 'CIS Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Benchmark (Level 1)' has been applied to the default Windows Server 2019 template.

CCI Private Cloud Incident Reporting
- Customers should contact the DoIT Help Desk to report an incident or check the outages page for an CCI Private Cloud incident.
- Formal support is provided for CCI Private Cloud during business hours only. After-hours support is best effort.
CCI Private Cloud Technical Support
- Customers should contact the DoIT Help Desk or email firstname.lastname@example.org with support requests.
- CCI Private Cloud technologists will respond to all support requests by the end of the following business day.
