New Zoom waiting room customization features were enabled in the University of Wisconsin System (except for UW Madison) instance of Zoom on 03/15/22.
According to Zoom, the new waiting room capabilities include the ability to "customize the Waiting Room title, logo, and description at an account, group, or user level." For more information, see Zoom's How to customize the Waiting Room guide.
