Blackboard Collaborate Ultra (Support) - End User Support Changes 03/10/21

Blackboard has announced changes to its end user support model for Collaborate Ultra webconferences. Starting on March 10, 2021, end users will have access to a chatbot to answer Collaborate Ultra questions, but they will need a registered campus administrator to create new tickets with Blackboard Support. We urge each University of Wisconsin institution to identify one or two Blackboard Collaborate Ultra administrators to register with Blackboard Support. Submit their names to the UWSA DLE Team via helpdesk@uwss.wisconsin.edu, and we can register them with Blackboard Support.
