Projection issues
- Verify the projector is turned on
- Verify the computer is on
- Verify the correct source is selected on the control panel on the media tower or touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the VGA cable is connected to the adapter and the adapter is connected to the computer
- Verify the projector is turned on
- Verify the document camera is turned on
- Verify the correct source is selected on the control panel on the media tower or the touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the VGA cable is connected to the port labeled VGA out on the back of the document camera
- Verify the projector is turned on
- Verify the media tower is turned on
- Verify the correct source is selected on control panel on the media tower or touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the projector is turned on
- Verify the computer is on
- Verify the correct source is selected on the control panel on the media tower or touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the laptop is connected to the system using the room laptop cable
- Verify the laptop is set to mirror or duplicate displays

- Verify the displays are turned on

- Verify PC is selected as the source on the touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the HDMI cable is connected to the adapter and the adapter is connected to the computer
- Verify the doc cam is turned on
- Verify the doc cam is selected as the source on the touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify that the Blu-ray is turned on
- Verify DVD is selected as the source on touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the laptop is selected as the source on the touch panel on the computer cart
- Verify the laptop is connected to system using room laptop cable
- Verify the laptop is set to mirror or duplicate displays
- Verify the audio is not muted on the monitors
- Verify the audio is not muted on the computer
- Verify audio cable is connected to the computer
- Adjust the volume using the controls on the touch panel
- Verify the audio is not muted on the monitors
