Duo Activation with Link

If you receive a Duo activation link. The following instructions will guide you through the process of adding your account into the Duo app on your phone/tablet.

Duo setup via Activation Link

The user should have received an activation link via email. The user should have the Duo app installed on their phone/tablet.

Step 1: Open Duo

Select plus symbol

Select the plus symbol + within Duo app.

Step 2: Select 'NO BARCODE?'

Select NO BARCODE

Select NO BARCODE.

Step 3: Select Account Type

Select Duo Security Enabled Account

Select 'Duo Security Enabled Account'

Step 4: Enter Activation Code

Enter Activation code from email

Use activation code from email to enter into 'Key Activation code' field.
