Webex Teams - Login Process

This document explains the process for logging in to Webex Teams on the web. The same applies when logging in to the Webex Teams app

Login Process for Webex Teams

  1. Enter the Webex site: teams.webex.com
  2. Enter your Primary UW Madison email address and click "Next"

    3. Webex Sign on web page

  3. When prompted, enter your NetID and Password credentials. You may also be prompted for your multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  4. Webex Teams will be loaded within the web page.

  5. If you are using the Desktop client, enter your Primary UW Madison email address and click "Next".
