Webex Meetings - Start Chatting 1:1 or Group Chat

How to chat within a Cisco Webex Meetings session to chat with everyone participating or just one individual within the meeting.

  1. When you are in a Webex session, click on the chat icon in the lower right corner.

  1. The "To:" field specifies who you would like to send a chat message to:
    - Choose "Everyone" to send a message to all participants in the meeting.
    - Choose just one participant's name to chat with them individually within the meeting.
