After logging into WiscIT with your NetID and password, the following error may appear:
Although WiscIT uses NetID Login for authentication, users still need to have an “account” in WiscIT to log in successfully. This error means that the current user does not have an account. If encountered, a request should be submitted to create or reactivate an account via WiscIT - Submitting WiscIT Officer Account Requests.
