Unizin identified an issue with the latest version of Chrome when trying to load Engage. In brief, during the morning of 4/13 Engage loaded in a new Chrome tab and then stopped working. Unizin released a fix at 2 p.m. on 4/13.
The same behavior was not seen in any other major browser (Firefox, IE, Edge, or Safari).
This issue affected all users who were using the newest version of Chrome (65.0.3325.181)
As of 4/13/2018 at 2:00 p.m. Unizin released a fix that turns off Engage's browser-based offline feature in Chrome and allows users to view Engage eTexts in Chrome. Chrome users must clear their cache and reload Engage for the Unizin fix to take effect.
Users who need the browser-based offline feature are encouraged to use Firefox.
