Describes an issue where apps that have been turned off remain on the homepage, but are inaccessible.
If a user has added an app to their homepage and that app is decommissioned/turned-off, the tile will remain on their homepage. Attempts to access the app via clicking on the tile will return to the homepage.
Currently, apps of note that may still be on a user's homepage are Advisee Lookup and Academic Advisors List of Advisees. Advisors attempting to access these apps should instead use the Advising Gateway.
To resolve this issue, simply hover the mouse cursor over the tile for the decommissioned app and click the "X" in the corner of the tile.
