This document provides an overview of UW's Cable Television Service. It is divided into the following sections:
Cable Television is available at most UW Madison Residence Halls, conference guest rooms, the unions and other buildings.
The DoIT Help Desk Provides support for departmental customers of the Residential Television Network (RTN):

UW Housing provides Level 1 support for their residents through their office. During business hours, residents of these facilities should call the Technology Services Help Desk at (608)-265-2717 and choose option #2 to speak to a Housing IT Help Desk agent. Wired cable television service availablity and support through the university is limited to those buildings and departments designated above.
