Directory Search (Mac) - Configuring Outlook for Mac

Launch Outlook.
Select "Accounts..." from 'Tools' menu.

Click on the "+" sign and select "Directory Service..." from the drop down menu.
In the "LDAP server:" field, enter ldap.services.wisc.edu.
Place a check mark within "Override default port" check box and enter "389" for the port.
Un-check "Use SSL to connect (recommended)" check box
Click Add Account button.
On the account description screen, enter Directory Search within the "Account description" field.
Click Advanced... button.
On the "LDAP search options" screen, enter the following "Search base:" dc=wisc,dc=edu, and set the "Maximum number of results to return" to 999
Click OK button to continue.
Close out of 'Accounts' window. Outlook is now able to search the LDAP (Whitepages) directory!
